

Each resident at Homes for the Brave is assigned to a semi-private room and has access to a full kitchen, a
shared bathroom, a free laundry room, a TV room and other living spaces, and a well-equipped computer lab.

The Christel Room, named for Homes for the Brave benefactor and CT State Representative Christel Truglia (ret.), provides a gathering place for meetings, a place to eat and socialize, and a place to watch TV.
Our picnic area and barbeque grills, where residents can prepare food in the summer.
Homes for the Brave's computer learning lab was built with help from the AT&T Pioneers. Residents can use the computers to search for employment and learn new skills. All residents take an eight week class to introduce them to computing technology.
